Controlled Drug Cabinets
All our CD - Controlled Drug Cabinets are designed to comply with the requirements outlined in the Misuse od Drugs (Safe Custody) Regulations 1973 and to BS2881:1989. As with our Drug Storage Cabiniets we manufacture Bespoke sizes to compliment our range of standard cabinets. All our controlled cabinets are manufactured from 1.5 mm mild steel, secured with an eight lever safe lock and come standard with height adjustable / removeable shelves and fixing holes. Finished in standard white polyester coat with other colours available upon request. Antibacterial coating is available upon request.

option code 5 adds an external red warning light onto the drug storage cabinet.

Cabinets fitted with a light also have a micro switch to allow connection to a volt-free contact to connect to remote light, alarm or nurse call station. It is also possible to have this micro switch without having a light fitted on the cabinet.
